1. Can you guarantee my Hunter boots will arrive in time for Christmas?
If you are ordering Hunter products this Christmas, make sure you leave enough time for your gifts to arrive. Below is a list of the latest ordering dates you can use in order to get your wellies under the tree:
We can guarantee that if you order by the dates and times above, you order will be sent in time to arrive before Christmas. However, Hunter use external carriers and cannot be held liable if one of our carriers encounters a problem in transit. That being said, we will make our best endeavours to make sure your order arrives in time.
2. If I buy Hunter boots from your website as a present, can they be returned if they are unwanted?
Yes, they can. Either you, or the person you bought them for, can return the boots to us. In the first instance you, or they, should contact the Hunter Returns team to obtain a returns number. You/they will need the documentation that came with the boots on delivery, or the email confirmation that was sent at the time of ordering. Either the purchaser or the recipient can return unwanted presents to us, as stated above. Unwanted Christmas presents must be returned to arrive at our warehouse by January 31st 2009. Any unwanted Christmas gifts that are returned after January 31st will not be accepted.
3. When do Christmas present boots have to be returned by?
Please do not send unsolicited returns to our head office address in Edinburgh or your return will be heavily delayed. All returns must go to our main warehouse, which is based in Newcastle. To obtain the correct returns address, please email your return request to the Hunter Returns Team.
