Only products purchased directly from this Website can be returned using the procedure described below. If you purchased your Hunter products at a retail store or from another websites these products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.  If you have any questions about this please contact

If for any reason you are not happy with your Hunter products, please follow our Returns Procedure. Hunter reserves the right to refuse the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your refund to be processed.

Returns Procedure

 Returning New, Unused Product

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days.

If you are returning products for exchange or return, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us and you must clearly mark the returned goods as “Returned”.  UK customers can return items free of charge using the Collect+ label included with your parcel. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof.

All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). We recommend the use of an insured parcel service when sending items internationally. Please retain proof of postage as Hunter cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

In the event that you have been sent an incorrect item please email us at, including your order number and we will advise how to proceed.

Included with your purchase of Hunter products is a Delivery Note and Returns Form.To return items to us:

1. Complete this form, detailing if you would like a refund or exchange. If you opt to exchange please give details of the replacement style and/or colour and/or size. Please include your contact information in case we need to get in touch.

2. Package the items securely and stick the address label (see bottom of form) securely to your package.

3. Post the package to our warehouse. UK customers can use the free Collect+ label included with your order. Please retain proof of postage, we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received.

4. Once received, your return will be processed in approx. 5 working days.

We can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return for a refund and place a new order. 

International returns are at your cost. 

If using Collect+ please allow 3-5 days for your parcel to be received at our warehouse.

Please Do not return items to our head office address in Edinburgh. All returns are processed at our warehouse.

Returning Faulty Products

This only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. Hunter product purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.

It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.

Occasionally white marks may appear on your boots. This is not a defect, but a release of natural protective wax that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
